NOTE: You must click 'Save' at the bottom of the Payment Settings in MemberMouse before you can click the buttons to Map Products and Shipping.
In order to use the Sticky.io integration, you must have at least one shipping method in Sticky.io. If you do not plan to use shipping, you will still need to create a $0 shipping method in Sticky.io. To link your shipping methods in Sticky.io with your MemberMouse memberships, you will need to map the associated products from Sticky, with those in MemberMouse. See our article on how to Map Sticky.io Products to MemberMouse for instructions on that process.
You can access the shipping method mapping in Payment Settings in the Sticky.io section by clicking the button to Configure Sticky.io Shipping Methods.
NOTE: If your button has gray borders and text, not blue like the example below, you must click 'Save Payment Settings' at the very bottom of the Payment Settings Section before proceeding with mapping.
Or by going to Product Settings then selecting Shipping Method Mappings under the Sticky.io Mappings tab.
Once there, click the green 'Create Product Mapping' button.
When the mapping dialog appears, select the shipping options you want to map from MemberMouse, then the associated shipping option from Sticky.io, and click 'Save Shipping Method Mapping.
