The Gifts Log allows the admin to view all purchases made as gifts in one place. It gives a full view of who purchased a gift and when; allows the admin to see if, when and by whom the gift has been redeemed; and access the Gift Link if the gift has not yet been redeemed.


The Gifts Log is only visible if gifts have been purchased on your site. It can be accessed from the Logs menu.


The Gifts Log can be sorted to Show All Gifts; Show Only Redeemed Gifts; or Show Only Gifts Pending Redemption.



Below, you can see the different columns found in the log, along with a description of what you can expect to find under each column:


COLUMN LABELDESCRIPTION
noneThis icon means that the gift is 'pending' redemption. It has not yet been redeemed.

This icon means that the gift has been redeemed.
Date Purchased
This is the date and time at which the gift was purchased.

This date/time is translated to the local time based on the WordPress timezone settings.

Purchased By
This is the email address of the member who purchased the gift. If you click on it, it will take you to the Member Details area in MemberMouse for that member.

Product Gifted
This is the product that was purchased as a gift. If you click on it, it will take you to the product settings page and displays the edit product dialog for that product.

Redeemed By
This is the email address of the person who redeemed the gift. If you click on it, it will take you to the Member Details area in MemberMouse for that member. 
If the gift has not yet been redeemed, then this column will show a hash mark.

Date Redeemed
This is the date and time at which the gift was redeemed. If the gift has not yet been redeemed, then this column will show a hash mark. 

This date/time is translated to the local time based on the WordPress timezone settings.


Gift Link
This is the unique link that allows redemption of the corresponding purchase. This is only displayed if the gift has not been redeemed. If the gift has been redeemed, then this column will show a hash mark.
